My Approach

After training in Transformational Coaching, my own approach has developed and is based on 2 sides of the same coin.

Side 1 includes a very deep and rigorous exploration of your perspective, covering existential and Eastern philosophical enquiry. The direction here is coaching to your inner being.

Side 2 includes things like what needs to be achieved and why it needs to be achieved. It includes what action needs to be taken, how and when it needs to be taken.

You can imagine side 1 as your internal world and side 2 as your external world. We tend to allow our thoughts and feelings to react to the outside world and then that shapes our internal world.

There is a huge and rich heritage of knowledge from our ancient history that tells us it’s actually the inner world that causes the outer world.

We will work on both, but as soon as you really see and know that your inner world shapes your outer world, you will want to redirect your attention inwardly, resolve internal conflicts and clarify your inner vision and beliefs.
